Ask for a KINTO Share when booking your vehicle for service at your Toyota Dealership. Receive an invite email from your Toyota Dealership. Start your registration process by downloading the KINTO Share app from the Apple or Google app store.

Your phone is your key. Pick up a car at one of our convenient Toyota Dealership locations. No rental desks or keys.  Simply walk up to the vehicle, connect to the car using your phone, and activate the reservation using the KINTO Share app, unlock and start your vehicle, and you’re on your way.

Utilize the KINTO Share vehicle while your vehicle is being serviced like you would your own personal vehicle.

Frequently asked questions

Why do you need a picture of my driver’s licence?


We will perform a quick check to ensure that you hold a valid unrestricted G Class driver’s licence in Ontario, you’re at least 21 years old and you have at least one year’s driving experience.




Why is my credit card required?


We use your credit card information to determine your eligibility for membership and to manage your account, including charging your credit card for any fees and charges you incur during your reservation, such as late return fees, missing accessories fees or damage fees. KINTO Share does not store your credit card information, and we work with PCI-compliant partners to ensure that your information is transmitted securely.




Why do you need my mobile number?


Your phone is your key to the car. It is also the communication tool in case we need to reach you during the reservation.




Is insurance covered in the KINTO Share rental?


If you are insured under an automobile insurance policy, your auto policy may be the primary insurance in the case of an accident, no different than when you’re driving your own vehicle.





Ask your participating Toyota Dealership to send you a KINTO Share invitation. Simply follow the instructions on the app to register as a customer on KINTO Share. 
 

Step 3: Drive 

After you have met with your Service Advisor at the Dealership, and assuming that you’ve already registered with KINTO Share, it is now time to start your reservation.  This is the easy part!  Simply walk up to the vehicle, connect to the car using your phone, and activate the reservation using the KINTO Share app, unlock and start your vehicle, and you’re on your way
